If you were married between January 1, 2008, and February 28, 2009, submit your best digital photos of your wedding and/or reception, the completed questionnaire, and a check for $175 (for three photos on a one-page spread) and $350 (for six photos on a two-page spread) by March 1, 2009. One of our lucky submissions will be featured on the cover!
